This is my favourite way to cook wild game tenderloin and you and your guests will truly be wanting more.
1- Cut (tenderloin or backstraps) into 3, 4, or 5-inch cuts of meat.
2- Spice to liking.
3- Wrap cuts of meat in bacon and secure with a toothpick.
4- Cook until liking on the barbecue. (My favourite is medium-rare). Remember, wild game is very lean and cooks quicker than beef, so watch it closely.
5- Serve with vegetables and salad.
